Third Party Inspections

The Inspection activities are carried out based on the recommended regulations, Codes and Standards, Recommendations by Manufacturers, International accreditation and best Industry Practices. All the equipment need to undergo visual examination as per recommended standards to ensure good physical condition. Upon successful completion of Inspection a report is provided indicating compliance of the equipment and machinery with recommendations on its fitness etc. When any equipment not found in compliance a report is issued with a complete description as to why the equipment failed.

Pressure Vessel Inspections: ASPPEC has qualified and trained Engineer(s) and technicians to carry out Inspection, Testing and Certification of Pressure Vessels and Boilers by through visual examination. Witnessing Functional Tests, Wall Thickness measurements to determine thickness losses and Hydro-static testing pressure and future working pressure as per Industry Codes & Standards.

Boiler Inspection Services: The Inspection, Testing and Certification can be carried out for the classification of boilers which includes – Fire tube boilers, Water tube boilers, “D” type boilers, “A” type boilers, “O” type boilers, Electric boiler and various other types.

Storage Tanks: Inspection during fabrication and on site erection, Installation and welding Inspection of Bottom Plates, Vacuum Testing of weld seams. Inspection of Instrumentation, Witnessing of Hydro-static testing, sandblasting / shot blasting of internal and external surfaces. Painting Inspection as per manufacturers specification and application procedures.

 

Inspection Certificates: The Third Party Inspection, Testing and Certification will be provided to indicate compliance of the equipment and machinery with safety requirements and its fitness for use.

Inspection Report: When the equipment and machinery do not comply with the requirements of the relevant standard, an Inspection report shall be issued, the full description as to why the equipment and machinery failed the Inspection.
